I've been watching my son learning martial arts for a few years and it has given him confidence at the same time taught him humility I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined it turns out to be one of the best things I've done with both the fitness and skill of learning martial arts They are a wonderful group to learn from I highly recommend their schools for all ages I train with a great guy who happens to be 70 years old so their is no age limit to learning What a great community to be part of
